Yes. We drill into mortar joints rather than the brick face wherever the layout allows, use appropriate sleeve anchors, and seal each penetration. If the sign ever comes down, the repair is a matter of repointing a few joints.

Aluminium is stiffer, lasts longer in full weather, and holds a long span flat — it is the right answer for anything above roughly six feet wide or fully exposed. PVC costs less, cuts to shape beautifully, and does very well on a covered or protected façade.

We prepare the scaled drawings and specifications that permit applications require, and we are familiar with the process in Gill, Greenfield, Montague, Deerfield and the surrounding towns. The application itself is normally filed by the property owner or tenant.

Most straightforward panels run two to four weeks from approved artwork, depending on material lead times and the install schedule. Fabricated aluminium with custom paint takes longer. We give you a real date, not a range, once the proof is signed.
