What we collect
When you submit an enquiry or estimate request we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, business name, project location, and anything you write in the message field or attach as a file. We do not collect anything else about you.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare an estimate, and carry out work you ask us to do. We do not build marketing profiles and we do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept while they might still be useful and then deleted. Records relating to work we actually carried out are retained for as long as we need them for warranty, service and accounting purposes.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own. The map on our contact page is embedded from Google and may set cookies under Google’s own policies; it is loaded only when you scroll to it.
Third parties
Enquiry form submissions are transmitted through our website host. If you contact us through Facebook, that conversation is subject to Facebook’s policies rather than this one.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@halecustomsigns.com or call 413-774-5663 and we will deal with it.

If this policy changes we will update this page. It was last reviewed in 2026.
